What is yellow light card?

YLC was dreamt up and formed by two friends, both working in the construction industry (one electrical, one building), after looking round and seeing so many great schemes directed to other people i.e. nhs, teachers, students etc - we noticed how overlooked our fantastic set of tradespeople are. For many tradespeople there are no guaranteed state funded pensions, no holiday pay, no sick pay, inconsistent work streams, yet we are responsible for providing and building so much of the UK's infrastructure and growth, we are infact hugely important yet hugely undervalued.
